JOB SUMMARY This position reports to the Training Regional Director and is responsible for designing and delivering curriculum and programs as assigned. Works with the Clients, Operations, Training and Client Services team to design and develop high-level instructor-led training programs and e-learn programs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Partner with assigned Operations leadership and client contacts effectively and professionally

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with client and all internal departments to deliver services as outlined in program objectives

• Analyze program KPIs, reports and scorecards to determine program needs

• Conduct focus groups, attend team meetings, shadow associates and solicit feedback ensuring training program effectiveness

• Design and deliver learning curriculum and programs that include new hire, skill enhancement training and other curriculum as assigned

• Design and develop instructor led training program and online help for call center applications

• Develop and facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods to develop participants’ skill sets; training methodologies may include classroom instruction, on-line learning, hands-on labs, peer to peer coaching and team meeting trainings, conference calls, instructing positions more senior to their own and train the trainer sessions

• Support training materials using company styles, standards and development tools

• Ensure all information is consistent, easy to understand and well organized

• Observe all employees during training, manage and report issues to their manager; this includes role modeling the core competencies, skills and behaviors of a company leader, tracking attendance, reporting inappropriate behavior and documenting performance, both strengths and development needs with manager support

• Observe training and operational environments to modify or develop curriculum that will enhance performance to the desired outcome

OTHER RELATED DUTIES • Perform all administrative duties associated with developing and conducting training. This includes conducting all pre-training pre work, administering learning schedules and calendars and maintaining participant records (e.g., test scores, evaluations and attendance)

• Exhibit a commitment to Continuous Learning; this includes pursuing development activities and opportunities to obtain additional expertise and strengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge and leadership skills; seeking feedback from others and maintaining focus to continue learning cycle

• Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS * Minimum Education and Experience:*

• BS/BA degree with concentration in training and development, education or instructional design or other related field

• Demonstrated familiarity with Instructional Design and Courseware Development principles

• Strong PC skills and expertise in MS Office

• Knowledge of publishing applications such as Quark, Illustrator, PageMaker, Photoshop or Corel Draw preferred

Licenses and/or Certifications:

• Experience with ADDIE, Captivate or other E-learn software preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning techniques, best practices in training design and delivery, blended learning methodologies and industry best practices

• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to influence and motivate across all levels of employees in multiple locations

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

• Ability to understand and communicate concepts quickly and accurately

• Accomplished presentation skills, including development and delivery

• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

• Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

• Constant work performed in a climate-controlled environment

• Ability to work flexible schedule in a fast paced, ever changing environment

Physical Demands:

• Position requires occasional domestic travel

• Ability to sit at the PC for extended periods of time

• Ability to stand while conducting training classes

• Ability to travel to centers to deliver training or to monitor, evaluate and coach team members
