We are aggressively seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to provide superior hospitality to all (clients, visitors, and coworkers alike). As Alorica Owensboro’s first point of contact, this position requires a keen ability to provide fast and relevant assistance while demonstrating poise and professionalism. The receptionist will greet the general public, direct executive guest or client representatives to the Site Director or Administrator, and alert Talent Acquisitions of new applicant arrivals in the waiting area.


Welcoming personality

High School Diploma/GED required, Administrative/Customer service experience, especially in an office and front desk environment preferred

Multi-line phone use and professional phone etiquette

Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs – willingness to learn new software as needed

Highly organized and flexible - able to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Demonstrated experience in working in a team environment that believes in supporting other team members
