Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to provide technical support for customers. When it won’t turn on, when it won’t turn off, when the screen does that weird blinky thing – that’s when they’re going to be calling you!

You’re literally the voice of our client’s brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you. So only the awesome need apply.


o Provide troubleshooting/diagnostic assistance to repair technicians for Appliance products which encompasses Refrigerator, Washers, Dryers, Microwaves, Ranges and Dishwashers.

o Research technical bulletins and repair knowledgebase to ensure information provided to the repair technicians is current and accurate.

o Record call information, including a synopsis of the situation and recommendations made, in nPass System.

o Approve/Reject the following requests in accordance with policies

o Exchange request (unit cannot be repaired)

o Ability to identify, diagnose, and solve unique and complex product specific technical problems

o Ability to understand wiring diagrams and other technical information

o Robust technical troubleshooting and triage skills respective to Home Appliance products

o Excellent phone communication and customer service skills

o Written communication skills – able to document content of calls quickly and concisely

o Effective computer skills

o Well organized*

  • Minimum Education and Experience:*

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Appliance Repair or Support Role

  • Technical Education in HVAC preferred ,but not required
