–Provides on-going training and support for all trainees
–Reports training performances provides coaching and prepares the class for the production floor.
–Analyzes training performance through accurate tracking on designated forms.
–Provides feedback to the Center Manager, Client Services, and Training department on areas that will improve productivity and procedures.
