Provides management and leadership to the field recruiting teams within a designated region. Participates in planning, development and implementation of the organization’s field staffing strategy for high-volume, agent and site support staff hiring.


• Responsible for ensuring all recruiting practices align within the organization’s policies

• Review and approve recruiting/sourcing channels and constantly seek new recruitment methods

• Understand and anticipate current market trends and their effects on talent acquisition and retention

• Identify risks and issues before they affect the business by adjusting plans, responding to changing needs and managing relationships

• Leverage third party staffing suppliers to supplement hiring initiatives

• Recruit, train and develop talented recruiting teams

• Partner with corporate leadership and field operations to plan, direct and lead recruiting related projects impacting multiple departments within the organization

• Communicate with executives, senior management and various internal departments regarding the current hiring initiatives and interests

• Proactively recommend corporate-driven projects, communicate issues, concerns and questions and understand changing project requirements and best practices

• Recommend and participate in implementing recruitment strategy for the site and test results against the plan

• Administer appropriate adjustments to provide the site or multiple sites with required labor in a timely manner

• Provide management and leadership to the field recruiting teams

• Responsible for respective departments overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives (department heads only)

• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures and regulations relating to job duties


• Perform other duties as assigned by managementJOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

• Extensive (7+ years) experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition

• Considerable (4+ years) experience in a supervisory capacity

• Substantial (3+ years) experience in a service industry with an emphasis on talent acquisition preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Comprehensive experience (6+ years) in all areas of human resources/talent acquisition

• Thorough understanding of labor and benefit law and administration

• Training competencies in areas of talent acquisition, legal/regulatory compliance related to labor/employment matters, supervisory development, diversity and management training

• Ability to motivate and supervise staff members

• Ability to exercise independent judgment

• Ability to handle a variety of assignment simultaneously and to cultivate capabilities beyond those required for the current job and needs of the business

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment

• Constant use of a computer and other office related equipment

Physical Demands:

• Frequent walking and traveling throughout call-center

• Some bending, stooping, crawling, lifting

• Occasional domestic or international travel
